How to integrate Slack with Hivel

How to integrate Slack with Hivel

  1. Create a Slack App

    Click here to create a Slack app. Select From Scratch β†’ Name it β€˜Hivel Alerts’ β†’ Select Workspace β†’ Create app.

  2. Enable incoming Webhook

    Go to your Application page β†’ Feature β†’ Incoming Webhooks. A new page will open where you can manage incoming webhooks. Click on the toggle to enable incoming webhooks.

  3. Add Webhook URL

    On the same page, scroll down, and click Add new Webhook to Workspace. Then, confirm your identity on your workspace, and choose one channel where messages will be posted via your URL. Copy the URL.

  4. Integrate with Hivel

    Log in to Hivel, if you’re not already logged in. Go to Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Slack and paste the URL and connect to Slack.

Ta-da! You’re all done. You should now receive updates and alerts from Hivel in the form of Slack notifications.
